First meal out and about was at one of the greatest restaurants Chick-fil-a.
Katie and I were in a pickle and needed to grab a bite to eat after a Kettle Bell workout
(Which let me tell you kettle bell workouts are not any joke. They are the real deal.)
We swung by and started looking at the menu and Chick-fil-a has so gracious placed their calorie count on their menu board. We found a great alternative getting some greens and chicken. The grilled chicken cool wrap! It was less than 400 calories and a great meal. We really enjoyed it and it fills you up to.
Another meal out this weekend was at On The Border. I'm just gonna get real for a minute and let you know that I love Mexican food. Here are some tips to eating healthy at Mexican Restaurants.
- Avoid Cheese dip. Its just too much
- Avoid Flour tortillas
- Eat Fish
I had the fish tacos with black, not refried, beans, and it was so good. Let the spices make the tacos tasty and not the sour cream or salt.
Let me know of any healthy tips to eating out you may have.
