This is a great simple meal to make for a breakfast or any meal.
I use a product called Juice Plus Complete. They have two flavors: Vanilla or Chocolate
It is a great source of protein and fiber. Containing 11-13g of protein

- I fill up my cup I want to drink out of half way with Soy milk (you can use any milk you like) or Almond milk.
- I then put in a scoop of Juice Plus Complete.
- Then spinach, about a cup or two.
- Then kale, about a cup or two.
- Then a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
- Then a teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Then ice...user discretion for smoothness
Blend it all together and add ice as needed.

ReplyDeleteJust had mine this morning too. Going for a run. It really is amazing how I am full after just having one Juice Plus+® complete shake. If you had asked me 10 years ago, I would have never dreamed of having a shake with Kale and Spinach. Its hard to believe it tastes good until you try it. You don't taste the greens, but they do add an additional healthy punch!
